DFB LASER DIODES 760 nm ... 3000 nm

DFB laser diodes show unique device performance to meet the requirements of many customers.
Their high side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) and high spectral purity make them perfectly suited
for applications like gas sensing. Mode hop free DFB emission with a high side mode suppression
ratio around 35 dB is guaranteed for the device in the entire specified temperature and current range
of operation. Customer specific facet coating and customer specific wavelengths are available on request.
